EROP01 - Basic operation and programming (1 Day)
Available languages: English, Portuguese and Italian (support material only in English or Portuguese).
OBJECTIVE
This training will provide enough knowledge for people who deal with the robot on a daily basis and do not need deep programming knowledge to develop applications from scratch.
You will learn:
- Overview of the industrial robot.
- Overview of software components.
- The controller structure and basic maintenance.
- To perform a backup and perform a restore in case of failure.
- How to use EPSON RC + software to recover the robot from a failure, move it in different movement modes, change settings, understand the system log, etc.
- The difference between the modes of operation (automatic / remote / programming), how to recognize, switch between them and when to use each mode.
- Interpret and respond to error messages.
- Use the movement instructions in a basic program.
- Use the input and output instructions in a program and manually.
- Understand the system's security features and best practices for the safe use of an industrial robot.
This course is conducted with several hands-on labs and exercises.
After this training, the student will be able to work with the robot and solve simple and common failures without the need for external support. The course will focus heavily on the safety and proper handling of the robot, to avoid injury and machine failure, which results in interruptions and losses in production.
At the end, Cienza will issue a certificate of participation
